Amazing how politicians get away with murder.

Interviewed in a luxurious car dressed in a very expensive ensemble made up to the nines the lady politician was asked what she had done over the Christmas holidays.
She answered glowing with pride:” Oh I did not have time for a  holiday as I had to go and inspect six islands in the Caribbean.”

It must be so hard to leave the rain drenched gray cold Netherlands and inspect some islands which have had independence since 1958. Why did she not go and inspect the damage fragging is doing to the province of Groningen? It must have been a great sacrifice to go somewhere where the sun is always shining and the beaches are beautiful.
